Personnel from the National Task Force Received Covid-19 Vaccination

Kuala Lumpur, 9 March 21 - A total of 160 officers comprising 143 men and 17 women under the National Task Force (NTF) received their first dose of COVID -19 vaccine injection at the Auditorium of the Ministry of Defence Malaysia.

They are among the personnel of the Malaysian Armed Forces (MAF) and NTF agencies including the Royal Malaysian Police (RMP), and the Malaysian Maritime Enforcement Agency (MMEA).
This program is the result of the close cooperation of the Joint Health Team from the MAF Health Services Division (BPK ATM), Tuanku Mizan Armed Forces Hospital (HAT Mizan) and the MAF Tun Hussein Onn Rural Maternal and Child Health Clinic (KK ATM DTHO).

It is expected that this vaccination process will give maximum impact to create herd immunity to curb the spread of COVID-19 pandemic.
